We’ve sold these ceramic magnet dots with 1/8″ hole and the related chromed head nails for decades. Then a customer mentioned they work great for repairing vintage Brio Trains! This, I did not realize. I did know they were often used for toys but forgot about the Brio trains.
This means you can build your own small toy train and use these magnet dots with holes. Use the nail to hold it in place. The chromed nail is important because the ceramic magnets are a bit brittle. After all, these magnets will get smashed together much more than your magnets on the refrigerator…
You can also use these for trailers for toy trucks. They will have to be on the smaller side, though.
