We’re trying out new picture collections. All wood toy treaded wheel sizes and wood axle pegs sizes are shown in the picture. Three of the wheels are dually wheels, you can see by the shadows. This was not that easy to do, it required taking 10 pics then focus stacking them all together… For more items like these wheels and axle pegs, take a look in our Wood Wheels category.

We opened for business on this day, April 15… in 1985. 40 years ago today! Our original location was the old blue store on 15 School Street in Freeport, Maine. The photo is an artistic representation of the original store by a customer back in the 1990s.

The founder of Casey’s Wood Products, Eric Johnson, decided to open for business on April 15 so he would remember it better as Casey’s Opening Day instead of… Tax Day.
